RE: Red & anarchist Black metal - MdN666 - 06-11-2020 Interesting page and concept. Nazis are 99% christian, and black metal is of course anti-christian (and other monotheist religions), but I doubt that many BM bands are all the way to the left/red/anarchist side. Yeah I know there is something called NSBM but I always laugh when I see that. BM is against the majority, not against the minorities. Here are a couple of RABM/AFBM bands that I dearly recommend: Dawn Ray’d (Black Metal, Class Struggles and Anarchy) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmRsR0_IjSQ Feminazgul (Atmo black, Feminism and Anti-fascism) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFxT9XquVtE Morteminence (Post-Black Depressive, Anti-Capitalism and Anti-Fascism) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXvM-NOM1sY RE: Red & anarchist Black metal - Unblack - 01-25-2022 There're some compilations "Crushing Intolerance" on bandcamp. RE: Red & anarchist Black metal - elministromudo - 01-26-2022 About RABM blog, it's currently stalled, but they keep publishing content on Instagram. Worth to take a look ;) Also suggest you to check Astral Noize zine and their associated label Blackened Death Records for RABM records, bands and events. So for other styles of metal with similar lyrics. About labels, apart from the last one, go for a look to Realm and Ritual and Tridroid Records. About strictly RABM bands I listen, well, there are a sort of them (not-active, even), but the most are Tiffo, Pessimista and Osso & Madeira. All of them are projects minded by the same person (they have other projects worth to listen too, check their Bandcamp sites). They are located in Brazil, curious fact. My opinion about them: A growing artist. All projects sound different, you'll find experimental bites here and there, even ambient-like metal on the last. Nice lyrics, although not talking about any gender issue. |
