and here are 2 other creations by me, the yellow one is a special nacho dip that I make, can post the recipe if you guys want, the other one is an "amuse-bouche" (hope you can get the reference here) and it's ham wrapped around spring onions and philadelfia cheese, enjoy
oh, and I have no idea why the photo turned upside down, you can still see the dishes so it's ok

That's FOCACCIA DI RECCO = a traditional kind of flat-bread filled with soft creamy cheese
