Without any hesitation, i will say BLACKSPELL, a one-man band from Syria!
I got the first demo in Tape format and it's really really RAW but also very intresting!
Never found something more RAW at the moment.

This one is also really Raw, I mean really underground with raw sound.
It's a brazilian band, theire only release is the demo "Goat Ritual" in tape only.

Did you try Mglá from Poland or Lutomysl from Ukrain?
