COTOLETTA ALLA MILANESE = beef steak cooked in the way used by the people of Milano
it's a beef steak soaked with shaked eggs, breaded and fries...... with french fried and a squeeze of lemon juice, dish is served

mmm...... it seems that there is a contest between Austrian and Italian people to decide if it was born first the schnitzel and after COTOLETTA ALLA MILANESE or first COTOLETTA ALLA MILANESE and after the schnitzel...... I beliave that, in the end, they are the same thing with two different names and it doesn't matter if it's an italian food or an austrian food...... it is delicious, nothing else to say

Its also known here as schnitzel but names or origins doesnt matter too much for it has a high place in deliciousness scale

This is one of my favorites from the Turkish kitchen...
We have it a lot in Holland also in the supermarket, but to get the REAL shoarma we have to go to a halal butcher. In our supermarkets they sell pork, i want sheep.
