Hi

I have been trying to download several torrents, and I keep getting the following error message:

An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

I am using uTorrent, have a good reputation, and have no idea what is going on.

Is any one else getting this? If it is just be, can someone help me fix it?

Try temporarily disabling your firewall and anti-virus

I have recently been having this issues...after a year or so of smooth sailing...Anti-virus and Firewall were both turned off to test...but still getting the error...Any help would be appreciated..

Anybody out there? Still having this issue...ONLY with this tracker...everything else works, and it happened out of nowhere...and help would be greatly appreciated...

Yeah, I've got the same problem. Fucked up stuff.

Finally figured out my problem...PeerBlock was blocking the site..now to figure out how to allow it in...
