I am trying to figure out why I am unable to share what I downloaded. I have looked everywhere and it seems that this is not a common issue. I have been using P2P for over 6 years now starting with a private tracker from Demonoid so I understand how the private trackers work. I included this screen shot to show everyone the [DHT] not allowed [Local Peer Discovery] not allowed [Peer Exchange] not allowed. I have other files seeding just fine as I am a major uploader for 1337x.org for TV Shows. I have looked on the uTorrent help website and it did not have a related issue. I am just confused here. I even talked to the admins at 1337x to see if they know of the issue as I HATE to be a leecher without giving back. So if you ran into this and know how to change settings to make it work, please post or PM me. I use Google translator because I do not speak Russian at all.
