I agreed Bitcoin is not an easy thing to buy and current payment gateway is a bit Russian orientated. I noticed that payment from some countries are not going thought.

Liqpay position itself as an international payment system with no limitation, but I was reported that not all transactions are processed. For example 6 transactions from Australia was accepted and 2 rejected from the same card. I would recommend you to create Liqpay account and verify your card inside it (same way as for PayPal). Maybe that make a difference.

Residents from UK, US, Japan may use Qiwi payment system (https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...u.mw&hl=en https://visa.qiwi.com/) unfortunately Belgiums is not supported yet.

I am in process of testing other payment aggregates, but many of them not accepting torrent portals. Paypay is not an option eather (read why /)
