Goatwhore somewhere around 2008

I never really thought about going to live shows until I just kind of found myself at a Goatwhore show one night out drinking.

I'd always listened to heavy music, but metalheads where I live at is few and far between much less metal shows.

Necrophagist in Dublin, 2 days before Slayers Unholy Alliance came to down and i ended up seeing Lamb of God, In Flames, Slayer, Thine eyes Bleed and Children of Bodom.

I don't remember what year but it was 20+ years ago. Cannibal Corpse in local cinema (they just removed chairs). I didn't actualy enjoy the show because i was into Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Manowar and not a death metal fan. I guess it was a nice show for fans (like 300 people).

First show that i went to and liked was Iron Maiden somewhere when The X Factor came out (I was in 1st row ofc). Even got a guitar pick from Janick Gers at the end.

First one I remember was Converge with Burning Love and Trap Them. It was pretty recent. I've gone to a few other strictly metal shows since then but usually shows here are a mixed bag of punk and metal and occasionally indie.
