I am very curios, maybe someone also love the first Paradise Lost albums, ( Gothic and Lost Paradise) because, in my opinion, other was like piece of...., but nevermind.

Absolutely you must listen to MY DYING BRIDE, first ANATHEMA and first THE GATHERING...... when I was a teen, these (+ PARADISE LOST) are the names that once meant "gothic metal"...... then came EVANESCENCE and "gothic" became what now we know, people like WITHIN TEMPTATION, AFTER FOREVER, EPICA, XANDRIA and company, worthy stuff, but surely very different

I also agree about Paradise Lost's later albums. Actually, the only album of theirs I own is Lost Paradise. I really don't like the female vocals on Gothic!
