the only "drawback" is...... well...... if to eat a lot of garlic creates problems for your breath...... well...... to eat PASTA E FAGIOLI creates a lot of troubles...... "from the other side"......

Simply pasta and beans
You can eat it hot or cold

I'll explain the process
You bring to boil the beans in salted water.
In another pan you prepare a fried with bacon (best ham fat), onion, celery, garlic, rosemary and parsley finely chopped. Add boiling water and quickly pour the beans from their first cooking broth. You add salt and let simmer for a long time the soup and then add the pasta (usually my grandmother uses "angel hair"). Remove from heat and let cool.


Ps: angel hair in Italy is "capelli d'angelo" e it's a type of pasta very similar to spaghetti, only the finest and long

I am a total freak for Italian food.
And the angel hair we can get here.
We have a lot of Italian ingredients in stores here.
Dutch love the Italian, Turkish, Indonesian, Chinese... and so on and so on kitchen.
We are very open minded in trying new food... meeting new people from whatever country...
