 I don't understand. That bit rate (kilobits per second) indicates that the sample rate is 48kHz. The image I show indicates that these are lossy files, I would say 192kbps mp3, encoded as 48kHz wav files, which does not recover the cutoff from 17kHz in the frequency spectrum of lossy files.

As an example, the frequency spectrum window of a song fragment in wav format, the other windows are of the same fragment converted at three different kilobits per second rates from a lossy format, mp3, and then converted back to wav. On the vertical (y) axis of the window are numbers (left) indicating the frequencies of the file (from 0 to 22050Hz per channel). Below are the low frequencies and above are the high or treble frequencies.

I said before that they looked like 192kbps mp3 files, but looking at these windows it seems worse, they look like 128kbps files.

In fact, to make matters worse, I compare the same track from the 320kbps mp3 torrent with this one, and it has better quality than this fake one. While the one here has an abrupt frequency cut around 17kHz, the one from the mp3 torrent reaches the frequency of 20kHz with some valleys of clipping, as is usual in the conversion to 320kbps mp3.
