It's precisely the style of (melodic) black metal I enjoy while drifting off to la-la land; evidently my friend knows me better than I had realized. But I must hear this Arkhaeth on something other than my phone, because I believe it has more aural torque than the phone can reproduce. Phone lacks a subwoofer and I cannot sleep in headphones.. :/
This reminded me of another CD I recently heard, by Awrizis; if you like stuff like them, you'll like this.
