Polish black metal!

I seem to be enjoying this, though I admit it's been playing more in the background than foreground. But the volume is up, and if it sucked, I'd have turned it off by now. So, I'm happy enough with it.

Album #2 is beginning momentarily, so I'll write something else later.

Meanwhile: thank you fanthrax, for sharing this Polish metal. Cool..

Album 2022 reminds me of Akloleh at first, a little bit, which to me is atmospheric even though rather heavy.

This is fairly heavy and sort of droning, but also has slower gloomy parts. The sound mix seems slightly improved in this 2022 album. And the faster parts have nice mezmerising slightly dischordant accompanying guitar, slowly picked, alongside fast-paced percussion, heavy bass and anguished vocals.

2025... stay tuned, it's up next.

2025... Fantastic! Excellent. It's pulling me into another dimension.

I'm encouraged even further now-- been perusing the Polish black metal department... Already have found lots of good Polish metal in the past, put into the collection. This Varnheim is going into the collection's favorites section, especially for this 2025 album. It's really solid, sounds great, and the guitar is very very good. Can even hear the bass guitar if you listen closely.
